The Lovibond® RD 125 Reactor can be used for chemical digestion of water samples for the photometric determination of multiple parameters, such as COD (150°C), TOC (120°C), Total Phosphate (100°C), or Total Nitrogen (100°C), thanks to the user-selectable, pre-programmed temperature and timer settings that are accessible from membrane keypad. There are three pre-set temperatures (100 / 120 / 150°C) and three pre-set reaction times (30 / 60 / 120 min.).  When the digestion is complete, the reactor automatically switches off and gives a corresponding LED indication with a short beep alarm.

The reactor is fitted with 24 holes for 16mm diameter vials.  A voltage selector switch located on the back of the unit allows for operation at 115V / 230V, 50 / 60Hz.
